    How to be a leader in school reform, school finance and human resource management.

    It was a means of aligning my personal beliefs with, and supporting a district vision about, the significant and inclusive role of the arts in a district's instructional program.

  • What advice would you give to those considering this online degree program?

    Be engaged in the readings, assignments and discussions. Maximize the use of technology as a tool of learning and expression.

  • What qualities make someone particularly successful in education?

    The ability to continually learn, grow, collaborate and take risks.

  • What do you think is the biggest challenge that educators face today?

    Too many agenda items to implement and the lack of developed capacity to execute.

  • What is the one book you think everyone should read?

    The Bible: It has great stories regarding life, contains lots of drama, and challenges one's ability to understand literal and figurative skills.

    I am an enthusiastic fan of and participant in jazzercise.
